Booking and Payment

The Client(s) making a booking with Super Vegan Travel (SVT) must complete and sign the booking form.

The completed and signed booking form must be sent to SVT, at which point SVT will issue the Client with a pro forma invoice for the tour cost and a deposit payment of £300.00 shall become immediately due and payable.  

Payment remittance details will be detailed on the pro forma invoice. A pro forma Booking Confirmation and receipt will be issued to the Client. 


The balance to the tour price is due and payable in full no later than 35 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Once SVT is in receipt of the full payment, a final Booking Confirmation will be issued to the Client that shall serve as a binding contract between the Client and SVT. 


Should any request for a booking be made 35 days or less than the commencement of the tour the full price to the tour is payable and non-refundable at the time of booking. 


Incidental Costs 


The Client shall be responsible for all of their own incidental charges that are not included in the cost of the tour such as but not necessarily limited to: hotel room extras charges; the purchase of any items from shops and other outlets; any gratuities paid directly by Client: any expenditure by Client during scheduled and/or free time during any day of a tour. Tour prices do not include the provision of alcoholic or soft drinks at meal or other times, these must be ordered and paid for individually by each Client at each meal or other time. 


Alteration to Prices 


Before its receipt and acceptance of booking enquiries, SVT reserves the right to alter published tour prices. After it confirms a booking to a Client, SVT shall only alter any prices to take into account any unlikely factors beyond its control such as, taxes, levies, increases to the price of any admission ticket, surcharges, transportation including road and/or bridge tolls and parking, and meal or accommodation charges.  


Cancelation by Client 


If the balance to the price of the tour is not paid and received by the due date, SVT reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit unless that is, SVT is subsequently able to secure a replacement Client for the (cancelled) booked place on the tour, in which case SVT will refund the Client’s deposit minus a processing fee of £100.00 


Should a Client notify in writing to SVT a request to cancel their booking after they have paid the balance, SVT shall reserve the right to retain the full payment unless that is, SVT is subsequently able to secure a replacement Client for the (cancelled) booked place on the tour, in which case SVT will refund the Client’s payment(s) minus a processing fee of £300.00. 

If, however, SVT is unable to secure a replacement Client for the (cancelled) booked place on the tour no refund shall be paid.  


Cancellation by SVT 


SVT reserves the right to cancel the tour if the specified minimum number of Clients is not achieved for the tour, or for any other reason beyond the control of SVT. In the event of tour being cancelled by SVT, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid up to the time of any such cancellation. 

SVT cannot accept any liability however for any (non SVT tour price) losses borne by a Client as a result of any tour cancellation by SVT and we require that all Clients to ensure that they have suitable insurance in place to indemnify them against any such losses. 



International Travel Documentation 


It is solely the responsibility of the Client, if traveling to and from the United Kingdom from another country to attend any tour arranged by SVT, to ensure that they are in possession of all appropriate and valid travel documents including but not limited to passports, visas where applicable, heath certificates.  

SVT cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any incorrect Client documentation should it impact upon the availability of the Client to attend the commencement of or full duration of any tour.  


Travel and Health Insurance 


The Client is required to obtain their own personal travel insurance that must be adequate for the full duration of any tour as well as for the duration of the Client’s national or international travel from and to their place and country of residence, particularly in respect of travel delays, loss of or damage to luggage and possessions, accident, medical and any repatriation expenses. If the Client has accompanying dependents, suitable insurance to also cover these responsibilities is also required. 




Neither SVT nor any of its third party agents can be held liable for any injury, damage or loss of life or loss of or damage to property caused. 

The Client agrees to indemnify SVT in respect of any accident, personal injury, loss of life or damage to property caused by the Client during the course of any tour. 


Governing Law and Jurisdiction 


Any agreement between Client and SVT shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, which both Client and SVT herewith submit to and remain bound by. 


The Client agrees to comply with the laws and regulations and common courtesies of the United Kingdom, and to comply with all reasonable instructions of SVT tour leader(s) relating to the Health and Safety of Client and others and the organisation of and schedule to and during a tour.
